Cops who stopped Winnie's car face misconduct probe

POLICE managment are conducting an internal serious misconduct investigation against two of their officers who pulled over Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's car last month.
This is on top of a probe into charges laid by Madikizela-Mandela's bodyguard, Jacob Monare, last week.
Two police officers said they had pulled over an Audi which was being driven recklessly at 150km/h. Odendaal said they had not known Madikizela-Mandela was inside, but her bodyguard had refused to let them search the car, and hurled insults at them.
