Bloemfontein - A black Free State game farmer has received 13 buffaloes from the provincial department of environmental affairs to kick-start his game ranching business, a departmental spokesperson said on Thursday.
"Sipho Dube's loan will run for the period of five years after which he will return eight of those buffaloes back to the department and retain all off-spring born on the farm," said Thuso Ramaema, local head of environmental affairs
