Work, came home Paris and I cooked all afternoon, have decided to cook large quantites on my days off and freeze meals, because often I am so tired and busy with the project in the evenings that the thought of cooking a meal is scary,,,, I have so much to do and to focus on that I think I have shut down and my response to that is to do nothing, not sure how much longer that can go on for, need someone to slap me and say "get a grip of yourself woman" that may snap me out of the coma I seem to be in....

Prison escapees still on the run
Johannesburg - Seven armed men were still on the loose after escaping from Wellington prison in Mthatha, where they were awaiting trial for murder and armed robbery, Eastern Cape police said on Monday.
"We have not managed to arrest anyone yet in our search operation," Lieutenant Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela told Sapa.
The search was being hampered by dense forest surrounding the prison.
"We are not even sure if they are still in the forest."
I think this is an ambitious project. It is very intereting and I so enjoy looking at the pictures. Please keep us imformed as to whether these escapees are found.
