Arrested for keeping a vicious dog – a dachshund
The arrest came after her dachshund bit a security guard walking past her Manor Gardens home more than a year ago.
Queensburgh Girls’ High art teacher Mary-anne Baasch, who was expected to appear in court today to defend herself against the charge, said yesterday she intended taking action against the police for unlawful arrest.
